Dream Up LLC Privacy Policy

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service of the specific application, or as otherwise required by law.
We transfer information about you if Dream Up, LLC is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Dream Up, LLC will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Your use of our website or registration to use any of our services will constitute your agreement to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use our services or access our site.

Dream Up, LLC collects generally falls into two categories: (1) information you provide us, which is gathered with your specific knowledge and consent, for example when you register to use our services and are asked to provide information such as your email address, your name, phone number, billing address and/or credit information, and (2) information collected through the use of technology, which includes general tracking information collected as you use Dream Up, LLC tools and services.

Dream Up, LLC does not however share, transmit or provide your personal information to any third party unless you provide explicit consent to do so, or when it is necessary to:

enforce applicable terms of service.

protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Dream Up, LLC, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.

Changes

Dream Up, LLC may amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page. Disclosure

Dream Up, LLC may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service of any of our applications.

Data Storage

Dream Up, LLC uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. Although Dream Up, LLC owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Dream Up, LLC applications, you retain all rights to your data.

Dream Up, LLC Terms of Service

By using Dream Up products and services you signify your agreement to the following terms and conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without prior notice to you.

Submission of pornographic or illegal files is strictly prohibited. Do not submit any file that can be construed as pornography or is in violation of any law. Failure to comply may result in termination of your access to Dream Up products and services at any time, without prior notice and at Dream Up, LLC’s sole discretion.

Dream Up products are free for non-commercial use only. If you wish to use Dream Up products and services commercially, you must purchase access to the commercial API by contacting dreambig@dreamuplabs.com.

Automated searching on Dream Up via search scripts will not be tolerated, and will result in blocking of your IP address and/or other termination of your Dream Up account.

Dream Up, LLC search results link to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Dream Up, LLC. Dream Up, LLC assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites.

If you do not agree to any of the above terms, you may not use Dream Up, LLC’s products and services.
